| Just got an ECU here from a customer that has been previously upgraded by the company "JET" (not to be confused with JWT) and was curious to see what all they do in their programming. Suprisingly, there is nothing changed at all in the program. Not even the speed limiter or the rev limiter. They have socketed the board and installed their own EPROM, but there is nothing different from the code than what is normally in a '91 TT 5speed, federal emissions. Here is the company: [ http://www.jetchip.com/products.asp?pid=14478 ] I had a similar experience when I was at Z1 Motorsports last year where a customer purchased an OBD2 ECU upgrade from these guys and on the dyno there was no difference in performance between the OEM ECU and the one they upgraded. We complained to them and I got them on the phone during that fiasco and it was apparent that their "engineer" I was speaking with had no clue as to what he was talking about.. Sounds to me like this company is a pretty big scam - Just an FYI guys -
